Did you forget your password or your account was blocked due to security concerns?
You can easily reset your password and choose a new one. To do this, please insert your username below and click on ÒSend activation e-mailÓ. We will send an e-mail with an activation link and information on how to proceed to the e-mail address you entered into the system.
You can also contact the help desk. In this case, you will receive an envelope with your new password by registered post. This usually takes 3 to 6 days. Then, you can use the new password to log in to the GO database.
